New Restaurant St Agnes

New Restaurant St Agnes

New restaurant St Agnes – Schooners, The Quay, Trevaunance Cove, St. Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0RU

After blowing away the cobwebs strolling across Trevaunance Cove, rock up to the recently refurbished Schooners, the new restaurant St Agnes, for a much needed refuel.

Schooners is the latest recommendation in St Agnes, following the Sorting Office coffee shop.

Sit back, relax and watch the waves roll in from this wonderfully revamped restaurant and bar. With this place, think industrial rustic surf shack…

Chunky wooden tables, retro lightbulbs, old factory storage units and a sea view, whats not to love?

The tables are set out beautifully with wild flowers, pinch pots, hot sauce and fresh fruity water all ready for you as soon as you sit down. I liked not having to ask for water, as I believe it should be something already on your table at every eating/drinking establishment, especially in the summer! Or, at the very least brought with the waiter or waitress when shown to your seat.

The little things have definitely been thought about here!

While you wait for you Origin coffee, delicious veggie breakfast or seafood dinner, chill out to the sounds of Jazz singer Gregory Porter. Again, top marks from me for having a great playlist, I know I’ve said it before but it makes such a difference if the music has been thought about and that it suits the venue/weather/vibe.

Who they are and who they use…

Schooners owners: Sean Lascelles, Sam White and Adam Vasey have together, created  Cornwall’s freshest waterside eatery.

Using local products and suppliers such as Da Bara bread, Dutchy Game, Brian Etherington’s meat, Scarlet Wines and Secret Orchard cider you are sure to experience a delicious taste of the South West.

If this is going to be your new Sunday brunch destination with the family (dogs included!) or the new date-night and live music location during the evening be sure to check this place out soon!

You don’t want to miss its delicious food or stunning views! But, if you are looking for else somewhere to grab a coffee and a cake in St Agnes, then look no further than the fantastic Sorting Office.
