Porthleven Food Festival – Friday 21st – Sunday 23rd April 2017. Harbour Head, Porthleven, Nr Helston, TR13 9JAF
The best Cornish food, drink and music all in a stunning location with hopefully a little bit of sunshine – and what’s even better it’s free! Porthleven food festival is in its ninth year and this year is expected to be its biggest and best yet.
Be inspired and learn new tricks from chef and foodies such as Guy Owen, from the wonderful Idle Rocks in St Mawes, Jack Stein, from Rick Steins in Porthlevan and Jude Kereama from Kota Restaurant & Kota Kai, Porthleven, all giving wonderful hints, tips and demonstrations.
Devour a scrumptious lunch from food stands such as, The Shelfish Pig, CLAW, Big Pan Parties, Donut Dollies or the Hungry Horse Box. And wash all of that down with a tipple or two from, Tarquins Distillery or Curio spirits or perhaps something to recharge your batteries from Origin Coffee.

For entertainment, playing live during the day are acts such as, The Oggy Men, Suzie Mac and the Porthleven Town band. There is also a literature and acoustic tent which include, Claire Rowley MC and comedian, Cadgwith Singers and The Story Republic performing over the weekend.
If you need to burn those extra calories you’ve no doubt indulged on over the course of the day then why not put your dancing shoes on and dance the night away to one of three evening parties! Including performances from, Motown Pirates, 3 Daft Monkeys and Company B, just a few of the bands that form a great line up of evening entertainment. There is a charge for the evening gigs but only £12.50 per person per gig.
